Life: Stillness In Life

“Stillness In Life” is part of the “Life” series collection. 

This painting was created a few months after Covid hit us and the world went into lockdown.

Throughout all the chaos, there was also a ‘silence’ felt. In the stillness of this silence, there was fear, loss, confusion, uncertainty, and loneliness. The vision wasn’t clear and there was no telling where this journey would lead to.

Perhaps it is best to lay still in the moment and acknowledge these emotions. Let them tell the story for there are some things in this world that are far beyond our control and much greater than us. And just perhaps, in that very moment, we shall find peace within the ’silence’ of the chaos.
